Our toys are proudly made in the USA. We are a Pennsylvania based company, and our manufacturing is close to home as well, with our products being manufactured in Erie, PA.
All of our toys are made from natural rubber.
We use our own proprietary natural rubber compound (MK9 Ultra®) that is made in the USA, non-toxic, and FDA compliant food-safe.
If you buy a toy from us and it doesn’t last as long as you think it should (or you’re just unhappy with it for any reason), just let us know via the contact form on our site or at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll have a replacement or refund issued to you right away. The only thing we may ask for is an Order ID # or a photo of the destroyed toy. No return shipping, no unnecessary hassles.
Yes. Along with durability, safety is our other top priority as a company, and we keep safety top-of-mind at every stage of the design process.
Our products are made from natural rubber, which is one of the safest and best materials to use for dog toys. When we work with rubber experts to create our rubber compounds, we follow the highest safety standards for rubber, making sure that our compound is compliant with FDA guidelines for food packaging, and is free from lead, BPA’s, phthalates and any other known toxins.
And unlike most "durable" dog toys, ours aren’t made of hard synthetic materials like plastic or nylon, so they won’t splinter or develop sharp edges.
Safety is important to us. For your dog’s health, and your peace of mind.
We usually ship within 1 business day, and it usually takes 2-4 business days to arrive. If it hasn’t arrived within this time frame, please message us at email@example.com, and we’ll be happy to help!
If you’re not happy for any reason, just let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take care of it right away.
As a rule of thumb, if you have a medium to large dog, you’ll likely find our toys are the perfect size.
We’ve found that most dogs from 25lbs and up can use our toys with no problem, depending on the breed. At the end of the day, you know your dog the best and what size of toy they can handle safely. We post the exact size and dimensions for all of our products, so you can compare with toys that they’ve used previously.
Note: If you’re ever concerned that your dog is too large and/or the toy isn’t large enough, please exercise caution. This can be a choking hazard. Our dog toys are made for larger dog’s, so this is rarely an issue, but please keep this in mind if you have an unusually large dog — again, you know your dog best.
